TEST MODE ONLY - no real orders1. About SpectrumPC.uk
SpectrumPC.uk is operated by the trader identified during checkout and in the order confirmation, where the applicable business and contact details are provided.
2. Accounts and orders
A verified customer account is required to order. A contract is formed only when payment is confirmed and we accept the order. We may contact you if availability, pricing or delivery must be reconfirmed before acceptance.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Eligible customers may also be offered Klarna under Klarna's separate terms. SpectrumPC.uk does not store full payment-card details.
3. Complimentary promotional gifts
From time to time, Spectrum PC may offer a complimentary gift with qualifying orders, for example on purchases over a specified order value. Complimentary gifts are provided free of charge, have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash, credit or another product unless we expressly agree otherwise. They are subject to availability and may be substituted or withdrawn.
If a complimentary gift is faulty, damaged or unsafe, please contact us and we will handle it appropriately. Where the main purchase is cancelled or returned for a refund, we may require any promotional gift supplied as part of that offer to be returned. If it is not returned, we may make an appropriate deduction from the refund where permitted by law. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
4. Build optimiser
The optimiser provides indicative component suggestions from researched catalogue information. Results are guidance, not bespoke professional advice, a performance guarantee, a stock confirmation or a quotation. Prices and availability can change quickly.
Compatibility checks are designed to reduce obvious mismatches but must be reconfirmed against current manufacturer specifications before purchase or assembly. Do not rely on the optimiser for safety-critical electrical decisions.
5. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, submit malicious material, overload its interfaces or use automated means to extract substantial portions of its data without permission.
6. Intellectual property
The SpectrumPC.uk branding, site design, original copy and supplied build photography are owned by or licensed to the operator. Third-party product names and marks belong to their respective owners.
7. Availability and liability
We may change, suspend or withdraw parts of this website. To the extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or error-free.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law that applies in the part of the United Kingdom where the operator is established. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings available under applicable law.
