Delivery charges
Standard Royal Mail Tracked 48 delivery costs £4.99 and normally takes 2–3 working days. It is free for orders of £75 or more. Delivery of a complete PC built by SpectrumPC.uk is free. Any remote-area surcharge is disclosed before an order is accepted. We do not offer next-day delivery.
Delivery times
Ready-built PCs and in-stock products: 1–3 business days. Custom-built PCs: 3–10 business days depending on component availability, assembly, testing and quality control.
Before dispatch
Every custom-built PC is dispatched only after successful assembly, configuration, stability testing and final quality control.
Delivery area
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland and the islands. A surcharge may apply in some locations and is disclosed before an order is accepted.
Couriers, tracking and insurance
Depending on the order’s type, value and destination, we use DPD, Royal Mail or iParcel. Orders are securely packaged and tracking is emailed after dispatch. Transit cover is selected individually to match the parcel’s value.
Delays and damage
Times are estimates. We help investigate courier delays. Please report damage or a PC that does not work on first use as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 48 hours, with the order number and photographs or video. This request does not restrict statutory rights.
