Returns Information
Terms for online consumer orders. They do not limit the customer’s statutory rights.

14-day cancellation period
For most standard products, a consumer may tell us they wish to cancel within 14 days of receiving the goods. After notification, the customer normally has a further 14 days to return them.
Condition of goods
Goods should be complete, unused beyond what is necessary for inspection and in their original condition. We may make a lawful deduction where excessive handling has reduced their value.
Starting a return
Before sending anything, email spectrumpc.uk@gmail.com with the order number and reason. Once authorised, we provide the appropriate residential return address privately with instructions. It is not published on this website.
Return costs
For a change-of-mind return, the customer arranges and pays for suitably protected return delivery. If we sent the wrong item, or confirm a fault or damage before delivery, SpectrumPC.uk pays the appropriate return cost.
Refunds
Refunds are processed after receipt and inspection, within the period required by law. Where cancellation rights apply, basic outbound delivery is refunded, but an upgrade above standard delivery need not be.
Made-to-order PCs
A PC assembled from standard options is not automatically excluded from cancellation rights. A genuinely bespoke or clearly personalised system may be exempt where the law permits. Any exception is stated before ordering and does not affect rights relating to faulty goods.
